In collaboration with the Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute (ZAG), we developed the concept and design of a bilingual presentation brochure for the project establishing a new cross-border LivingLab centre for research and simulation of the fire response of composite materials during and after fire exposure.
The key challenge of the project was to create a unified and clear visual system that equally supports both languages while enabling intuitive and easy reading of the content. The entire design was therefore adapted for bilingual use – from typography and layout grid to the structuring of headings, highlights, and graphic elements.
The content is organised in a way that allows readers to quickly compare and seamlessly navigate between the two language versions, without a sense of duplication or visual overload.
